We are
now ready to install the sear.
Take
the sear spring, colored purple, and insert it into
the hole on the bottom of the sear, colored green.

Put the safety into the "fire" position. Place
the sear, colored purple, into the receiver as shown
in the picture. Take note of the protrusion colored
green in the photo. You will want to make sure the “U”
part of the sear fits around the green colored protrusion. |
Take your thumb and apply pressure to the sear, colored purple,
so you can slide the selector switch axis pin, colored
green, through the sear axis pin holes. You may want to use a dowel or a pin punch through the hole in the top of the sear to keep the spring aligned vertically. |

While sliding the axis
pin, colored green, all the way through, you may have
to rotate it several times to get it to go all the way
because it is has several cams. Make sure the selector
switch is orientated normally (ex: NOT 12 o’clock)
when you are finished.
